For deliveries outside UK please email us for details as we quote per order based on weight.

Please allow up to 14 days to dispatch personalised items, and up to 3 weeks for personalised embroidered frames. We aim to dispatch all other goods in 5 days.

 

Returns

Should the situation arise where you need to return one of our lovely pieces, please contact us in the first instance to arrange to return it. We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with, within 14 days of receipt, as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used, and are in the condition they were in when received. We cannot accept returns for any items that have been personalised, except where the goods are faulty. We will not be liable for the cost of postage, except where the goods are faulty. Postage charges are not refundable except where goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
